This notice is issued by D95 DESIGN (d95design.com), a interior design and visualization studio in Vietnam. In addition to designing and rendering, we provide assets and tools we create to save time and effort when doing 3d architecutre & interior visualization.
This document was last updated on 31/07/2024, and will apply to all of our products and our website, at any given time.
Personal Data
We do not collect any of your personal data when you use my product and website. However, we still need your email when you make a payment. This information will be used to create orders and help you manage the products you have purchased through an automatically created account on my website. Your information will be kept private, and not shared with any other 3rd party.
If you want to remove your personal data on our website completely, please contact us. They will be removed from the system immediately without further request. Note that all invoices, accounts, and license keys associated with your email will be deleted, so you will not be able to access the software you purchased.
Copyright
- All the content on the website is created and belongs to D95 DESIGN. Products that use other resources will be clearly noted.
- Any product purchased and downloaded from our website can be used in your private or commercial projects as you needed.
- You can modify our free products to suit your needs. However, you can’t resell or redistribute them.
- If you are interested in becoming a distributor of our products, please contact us.
Warranty
Once you make a purchase, you’ll get free lifetime support for that product. Just keep a few things in mind:
- Updated products regularly to get new features, make it work more efficiently, and fix bugs.
After the product has reached final version, we will continue to release patches as necessary for another year before completely discontinuing it.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
In the next 21 days, we will still give you a 100% instant refund if one of the following happens:
- The script cannot work as expected (eg bugs, crashes or compatibility issues).
- The description on the website misleads you about how the script works.
- Script does not work with your software version.
After 29 days of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. However, we still carefully consider each specific case, and will give you a certain support.
